39 week update

We had our weekly appointment this morning.  It went about the same as previous weeks.  I am 50% effaced, which was happy music to my ears!  But still only 1cm dilated.  I know you have to fully efface before you can fully dilate, but I was still hoping for a little more action down there.

And then the doctor brought up the hated "I" word.  If nothing has happened by my appointment on Friday (the 5th), they'll schedule my induction.

I don't wanna be induced!!!

I'm now pinning all my hopes on the full moon this weekend.  Spicy food and sex be damned.  I don't want either.  C'mon full moon!
